Payment Terms We require one-third of the estimated total cost to be sent with your order. The next one-third installment is required when your proof is returned to us, and the balance, including shipping costs and any adjustments, is due on completion of your book and prior to shipping. We will accept payment by check, money order, MasterCard?? Visa?? or Discover?? All payments must be paid in U.S. currency. Orders cannot be accepted from outside the United States.
