Real-Time Programming Interface (Internet or Leased Line Delivery)
To use this Delivery Option, Get Started Integrating, with our easy Integration Process.
Internet Delivery
The Real-Time Programming Interface, used in conjunction with the Internet, provides a pathway for real-time access to 5zip data and FrontSQL links. SBS's standard xml interface allows you to seamlessly integrate the sub-second delivery of 5zip data or FrontSQL links into your business environment. Data or links are requested and received through posting specifically formatted xml messages to SBS's web servers, which are then returned to you with the requested data or links. The connection is via the HTTPS protocol, providing a secure Internet environment for your transactions.

Leased Line Delivery
The Real-Time Programming Interface, used in conjunction with a leased phone line, provides a pathway for real-time and very secure access to 5zip data and FrontSQL links. SBS's standard xml interface allows you to seamlessly integrate the sub-second delivery of data or links into your business environment. Data or links are requested and received through posting specifically formatted xml messages to SBS's web servers, which are then returned to you with the requested data or links.
The use of the leased line delivery option requires that you work through a telephone provider and pay for a dedicated phone line to be installed between your business and SBS Conway facilities.
Support Information
This delivery option is supported 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a tiered support approach. For further information regarding the type and levels of support for this delivery option, read the Support Document.
Data Delivery
The delivery of data through the Real-Time Programming Interface is meant for transactional use only (one record at a time), making this the perfect solution for a POS, call center, or other real-time business environment.
Uptime
The backend architecture is redundant, allowing SBS to give our customers maximum uptime of the system.

To use this Delivery Option, Get Started Integrating, with our easy Integration Process.
SBS's Express Batch system provides you the ability to post a file to an FTP server, which will initiate an automated process of appending data to your file. A 24-hour turnaround time is guaranteed. You will be notified via email when the file is complete and may pick it up at the FTP site at that time. SBS also emails a match rate report and automatically notifies customers of errors with files.
There is a 200,000 record limit for files processed through the Express Batch system. (For Electronic Directory Assistance, the limit is 20,000.)
Support Information
This delivery option is supported weekdays, 7 AM to 6 PM Central Standard Time with a tiered support approach. For further information regarding the type and levels of support for this delivery option, read the Support Document.
